then Villa Jane is the place for you.

 

This luxurious villa sits in a quiet and private location, surrounded by pine and oak trees within large grounds of 3.5 ha (c.8.5 acres)

and include a private tennis court, helipad and a swimming pool, which is gated for the safety of young children.

This 7 bedroom all en suite villa,  is a traditional provencal villa lovingly renovated in a neo-provencal style,  situated in stunning gardens and grounds making it  a great vacation stay for a family or group of friends. With a profusion of terraces surrounding three sides of the villa and within its rambling gardens there is sufficient space for individual peace.

 

The pool terrace has a covered area at one end with a summer kitchen, and a dining and seating area. Just outside the house and overlooking the gardens and pool is a huge terrace, also with a covered dining area and a barbecue for relaxing alfresco dining and outdoor summer living.

The interiors are exceptionally spacious, well maintained and furnished throughout to a very high standard in the classic Provencal style . The terracotta tiled floors and most furnishings in tasteful beige and whites adding to the feeling of light and space.

Ground floor:
Very large split-level living room with wide-screen TV and open fireplace.

Spacious kitchen/dining area, equipped, including large French oven, fridge/freezer with ice/water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher and wine cooler.

The dining area opens to an outdoor breakfast area. Laundry room. Guest WC.

Along one corridor there are four bedrooms:

1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room, and opening on to the terrace. 

2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and opening to the terrace. 

1 master double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom (bath and shower), opening to a balcony at the back, and a private terrace at the side.
 

Along the other corridor there are two bedrooms:

1 master bedroom opening to a balcony, en-suite bathroom with bath;

1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room, and opening onto kitchen terrace.
 

Lower Ground (Garden) Level
Studio apartment with independent access: living room/double bedroom opening to its own terrace, kitchen and shower room.

 

Please note: Maximum occupancy 14 adults. The driveway to this villa is un surfaced and not suitable for low slung cars.
